Tumescent liposuction is an outpatient surgical procedure that requires advance planning and staffing. Enchanted Image Health Spa requires full payment for your surgery 30 days in advance. If you cancel your surgery more than 7 days out, Enchanted Image will refund 100% of your money in the same manner in which you paid it. When you make full payment for your surgery date, you are reserving that particular day for your surgery. No other patient can be scheduled on your surgery day. If you cancel your surgery within 7 days of your surgical date, then Enchanted Image will refund 90% of your money. We keep 10% to offset our preparatory expenses for your surgery.
For other office-based cosmetic procedures, full payment is required before the procedure is performed. If you are not satisfied with the service you receive then, e-mail our medical director, Dr. Dingane Baruti M.D. at ContactUs@enchantedimage.org or call our office at (866) 520-2280 and express your concern.
